Školský rok sa už naplno začal a k nemu patrí aj ranné nestíhanie. Veľakrát sa mi stalo, že som sa ráno nestíhala naraňajkovať a išla som do školy s prázdnym žalúdkom. Veľká chyba! Niekedy to bolo tak, že som mala prvé jedlo dňa okolo jedenástej. Ešte väčšia chyba! Ja viem je dosť hlúpe sa učiť na vlastných chybách. Odkedy som začala zdravšie jesť, raňajky sa stali najpodstatnejším jedlom môjho dňa. Takže si radšej privstanem o pol hodinku skôr a bez stresu si môžem vychutnať jedlo. Preto mám pre vás pár receptov na zdravé raňajky a smoothies, ktoré mne najviac chutia.
School year has already fully started and it also includes morning prosecuting. Many times happened to me that I did not have a time for having breakfast. I went to school with empty stomach. Big mistake! Sometimes I had the first course of my day at eleven o´clock. Much more bigger mistake! I know, it is silly to learn from your own mistakes. The breakfast has become the most important meal of my day since I started to eat healthier. So I rather get up half an hour earlier and I can fully enjoy my food without stress . Therefore, I have for you a few recipes for healthy breakfast and smoothies what taste me the most.
1. Sladko-kyslý mix-grepfruit, banán a kokosové chipsy

6. Ovocný mix- banán, jablko, jedna lyžica jogurtu, domáci broskyňový džem a chia semienka

1. Fialové smoothie-čučoriedky, kokosové mlieko a šálka baby špenátu

2. Žlté smoothie- šťava z troch pomarančov, šťava z dvoch citrónov, banán a trocha kokosového alebo ryžového mlieka
